A Momentary Lapse of Reason by David Gilmour formerly of Pink Floyd. I think I was deceived by the Pink Floyd label, especially after reading of Gilmour's admission that Mason and Wright are barely on it. "Learning to Fly" is a decent song, but if not for the weight of the Pink Floyd name attached to it, I may not have bothered listening to the album and taking it seriously i.e "Hey, but this is Pink Floyd, if I don't like it on the first listen, maybe its worth a few more".One could argue that The Final Cut was a Waters solo album or even The Wall, but at least Gilmour played and sang on those albums.
Unnis
Which vinyl pressing of this album is considered the best ?... Original UK ?
Samugor
Where's the Brazilian 1997 EMI CD repress? Someone could/should include it here.
Rko
Worst album from an amazing band. No one survived the 80's.
Ytli
How does it compare with Gilmour's "other solo albums" ?
Anayaron
No mention in the notes about the double poster pack and concert guarantee leaflet...these were included in this release right?
